CGI: Data Entry Clerk

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our company’s data. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying various types of information into our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities: 
 
Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated databases and systems 
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections as needed 
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data processed 
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity of information 
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and manage workload effectively 
Communicate any discrepancies or issues promptly to management 
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality 
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization 
 
Requirements: 
 
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role 
Excellent typing speed and accuracy 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word 
Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information 
Excellent organizational and time management skills 
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
